Appointment Policy
We recommend that you reserve appointments in advance in order to receive your preferred date, time and service provider. We require a credit card at the time of booking in order to reserve the appointment for all spa services and multi-services. We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your spa service to ensure you receive the full benefit of your service. If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to give you a wonderful experience in a shorter time.

 

Cancellation Policy
Our salon and spa professionals are in great demand, so please be respectful to their time by honoring your commitment to be here. We require that any change in schedule must be received 24 hours before your appointment. Any “no show” or cancellation without 24 hours notice will be charged the price of the services scheduled.

 

Gift Cards
LuLu’s the Salon & Day Spa electronic gift cards make the perfect gift for all occasions. Gift cards may be purchased for any of our spa packages, individual services or a monetary amount. Our salon coordinators will be happy to help you select the perfect gift for family, friends, clients, co-workers and that special person.
